AERO-SSailplane Aerobatics
The rating for aerobatic flight on sailplanes.
Regulatory reference: FCL.800
Requirements
- SPL licence
- At least 30 flight hours or 120 launches as PIC on sailplanes after the issue of the licence
The Course
- Theoretical instruction
- At least 5 hours or 20 flights of aerobatic training on sailplanes
Privileges
- Aerobatic flight on sailplanes, limited to the manoeuvres trained
