CRI(A)Class Rating Instructor
The CRI trains instructors for non-complex single-pilot class/type ratings (SEP/MEP).

Requirements
- Multi-engine: 500 flight hours on aeroplanes, of which 30 as PIC on the applicable class/type
- Single-engine: 300 flight hours, of which 30 as PIC on the applicable class/type
The Course
- At least 25 hours of "teaching and learning"
- 10 hours of technical instruction
- 5 hours (multi-engine) or 3 hours (single-engine) of flight instruction
Privileges
- Instruction for single-pilot class/type ratings (excluding high-performance complex aircraft)
