MOUMountain Flying
The Mountain Rating qualifies you for operations and landings on altiports and mountain terrain, on wheels and/or skis.

Requirements
- Pilot licence (LAPL/PPL/CPL/ATPL) with the appropriate class/type rating
The Course
- To be completed within 24 months
- Theoretical course: 5 hours
- 40 mountain landings
- Skill test with an examiner
Privileges
- Operations to/from designated mountain altiports
Validity and renewal
24 months. Renewal with recent experience (min. 6 mountain landings in the last 24 months) or a proficiency check.
